What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. The quote form on this site asks for your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, company, property address and a description of the work. Nothing else on the site collects personal information.

Our web server and analytics also record ordinary technical information such as the pages requested and the general type of browser used. This is not used to identify you.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. That is the only purpose.

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not use it for targeted advertising, and advertising personalisation is disabled in our analytics configuration.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party email delivery provider, and this site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide that service to us. If we use Google Analytics, it records aggregate usage statistics with advertising features turned off.

Retention

Quote requests are kept as business correspondence for as long as needed to respond to and service the enquiry, and to meet ordinary record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email seedlingandspire@gmail.com or call (347) 816-7837 and we will handle it.

Children

This site is intended for property owners, managers and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
