Grounds that look maintained, not just mowed
Grounds are the first thing anyone sees and the easiest thing to let slide. A lawn cut but never edged, beds that were mulched two springs ago, hedges growing into a walkway, a lot with a season of debris in the corner — the property reads as unmanaged long before anything is actually wrong with it.
We handle the full round: cutting and edging, planting and mulching, trimming back what has grown into where it should not be, checking that irrigation is actually running, and clearing what has collected.
On managed properties this runs on a set schedule. On a single home it can be a season's worth of work or a one-time clearing.

Two ways this gets used
Landscaping & Lot Cleaning for managed properties — and for homes
For property managers and owners
Grounds care on a seasonal or annual agreement, so the property is maintained on a rhythm rather than in response to a complaint. Lot clearing and larger clean-outs are quoted per job order.
- Recurring grounds maintenance on a set schedule
- Common-area and shared-grounds care for multi-family and HOA properties
- Lot cleaning and area clearing for commercial sites
- Seasonal cleanup coordinated with snow work as the year turns
- Consolidated invoicing across multiple properties
For homeowners
Regular cutting and upkeep through the season, or a single visit to bring an overgrown yard back under control. Either is fine, and we will tell you honestly which one the property actually needs.
- Season-long mowing, edging and upkeep
- Planting, mulching and bed work
- Hedge and tree trimming
- One-time cleanup and debris removal

Questions
Landscaping & Lot Cleaning — common questions
Both. A one-time cleanup, lot clearing or debris removal is quoted per job order. Recurring mowing and grounds upkeep is normally set up as a seasonal agreement, which works out simpler for everyone once it is more than a couple of visits.
We handle hedge and tree trimming as part of grounds maintenance. Large tree removal is a separate specialty and we will say so rather than take it on.
Confirming the system runs, that heads are working and aimed where they should be, and flagging anything that is leaking or dry. It is part of the routine round rather than a separate visit.
