Seedling and Spire is a small, owner-operated business. That is not an apology — it is the product. When you call, you reach the person accountable for the work, not a call center that logs a ticket and routes it to whichever subcontractor answered first.

The company was set up specifically to be a vendor for property management companies and real estate holdings. Managing property is largely vendor management, and the usual arrangement — a landscaper, a snow guy, a cleaner, a mason, four certificates of insurance and four renewal dates — creates more work than it solves. We consolidate that: one vendor, one point of contact, one set of paperwork, across the whole year.

The same crew and the same insurance cover homeowners. A house with a cracked front stoop and a list of small repairs gets the same people who maintain commercial property, and the same free written quote before anything starts.

We take on maintenance, landscaping, snow, cleaning and washing, and our specialty — concrete and masonry. Work is quoted by job order or carried on a seasonal, annual or per-property contract, whichever fits how you buy.
